They have good prices and the staff is friendly and polite. They still do a nice hand massage with most nail services, which is not done everywhere. But they don't always give you the drink they offer on the sheet you fill out (only had 1 drink in my last 3 or 4 visits), and sometimes they rush a little through the appointment, probably because they're short staffed, which I get, but the quality suffers a bit.

I live nearby and this place is my favorite! The techs are always so friendly, make me a great vodka cranberry, and don’t rush through their job like some other places do. They’re so kind and welcoming, the place is clean and it’s never crowded when I go. I also love that they have a loyalty punch card so you get a discount after so many visits. Thank you so much Simcoe!

My first time here, and they did a great job, loved the employees and had good social distancing. I wish they would’ve finished it according to the picture but overall very well done.
