After a big storm, our insurance company told us our roof damage didn’t qualify for a full replacement, and I was about ready to just accept it. A friend recommended we call Frank at Shield Roofing, and I’m so glad we did. He reviewed the roof in detail, took photos and videos, and helped us submit everything to the insurance company again. Frank explained what the insurance was looking for and helped us understand how to make the strongest case. A few weeks later, the insurance company approved a full replacement! I’m a veteran, and working with this crew felt different in a good way. Frank helped me with the insurance stuff from the start and made it all simple. No runaround, just straight answers and real help. What really stood out was meeting Henry—he’s a veteran too, and we connected right away. It was easy to trust him because he just gets it. You could tell he takes pride in the work and in doing things the right way. The roof turned out great, they gave me a military rebate, and the whole process was smooth.
