I am very satisfied with the work the Serrato’s team did for my house. I am very impressed with the outcome of the fence. My fence feels super duty with the poles they used to hold the pickets. The pickets are also above standard. They exceeded my expectations and how quickly they were able to complete. I made the right choice in choosing Serrato's Fence & Welding. My fence looks amazing and work done by professionals.
Exceptional craftsmanship, the detail of Serrato's work is unmatched. I've read a few bad reviews on response time and I did have a short delay but Chris stayed connected and was honest. He was very apologetic due to other larger jobs but finished mine with immaculate results. His father is a member of the installing team and the skills this seasoned welder brings to the table is remarkable. I had a delay myself with permitting in a historical area and I added more work towards the end of the job. These guys were ready to make the adjustments on the spot. Want to thank the Serrato family for a great job they just did on my home. Contacted them on 12/9 to inquire about installing window burglar guards and door guards for my entire house. That was 2 doors, a set for sliding glass doors and 17 windows with 5 containing air conditioner cages. Had a reasonable quote that same day. They came out the following day to take measurements. Eight days later, today 12/16 the entire job was completed. I have to say I now feel like I can get a good night's sleep feeling safe in my home.
