Went in yesterday to buy some skincare and requested for foundation samples to take home. Kim was very helpful, nice and accommodating. And to Jasmine, she went and beyond. She was super nice, helpful and spent almost 30 minutes and patiently helping me to find my perfect shades while trying to help other customer at the same time. Both ladies are awesome!
Very friendly helpful staff. Several asked me several times if i needed anything if i needed help. They offered to show me how to use the points and provided very helpful information on products and benefits of various items. Wonderful experience
My overall experience at Sephora was just okay. I brought my little sister in for a color match, and after being told to wait, we stood around for quite a while before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, we were approached by someone named Kevin. Unfortunately, he didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming—more like he was just there to collect a paycheck.
What bothered me the most was that after sanitizing his hands, he reached into his pocket (presumably for mints), popped them into his mouth, and then proceeded to touch my sister’s face.
