I scheduled service online to have a sink leak fixed and they sent Joel the same day. He was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable! I was really impressed. Joel fixed my leak; He explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was also very patient as I took notes on my phone, even asking if I needed him to slow down so I could get everything. Overall excellent service and a great experience for my first time using Roto-Rooter!
Great service! The technician explained the potential issue with our sinks not draining and also showed pictures of what had caused the problem. He had an apprentice with him, valuable knowledge was passed along during this visit. The team respected our home and cleaned up after themselves.
