Rod Stewardson of Rod Inspects did the home inspection for my first house (2012), as well as the house I am buying in 2024. He has also inspected a few in between that we didn't end up purchasing. His inspections are very thorough. There were no surprises after move-in to my first house even though it was a very old house (almost 100 years). His reports are well-organized, easy to understand, and easy to read. He also takes illustrative color photographs of many of the items he calls out in his reports and includes them in the report. Great experience with these guys. On time, thorough, friendly and took their time to explain every detail and answer any questions I had. I was able to schedule them quickly to close on a house asap. Definitely will be my go to when it comes time and highly recommend.
