Was treated with Respect and Professionalism by Samantha Salazar, very knowledgeable. My situation has been going on since November trying to get a refund. Out of like 4 other persons that tried to help me, she's the one that took my case seriously and resolved my situation. She is highly appreciated and recommended. Very good in solving and helping people.
Very pleased with this facility, staff friendly, clean place. Julio was a great assistant to Dr. K. The only reason I would take one star off is because they take a long time to come once you are sitted in the waiting room. If you are taking a child (like I did) 2 and a half years old. They get impatient and you get frustrated . But if that’s not your situation you will have a great experience.
It's been 5 years that I've been to this particular office. Everyone was nice and friendly. I didnt have a long visit. Took ex-rays and got a plan for my next treatment. It didn't take long at all. They gave me a great understanding of my issue and payment options. I'm hesitant on going back because I have some type of phobia when it comes to working on my mouth but I feel I'm in good hands. To be continued. ☺️
