Very pleased with Nichole. I wanted to trim bottom tips, no layers, no bangs. She did exactly , exactly what I explained to her. I could tell she felt odd charging me the amount she had to charge because she cut very little hair n it was quick. Told her no biggie, I saw the pricing board as I walked in n was aware more or less how much I was going to pay n I chose to stay. No regrets, I will drive across town to see Nichole if I have to n hope she’s in great spirits!Listening to a persons/customer requests is as critical n important as the experience one holds…. in any job!✨Nichole mastered it??

My entire family has come here several times and the customer service NEVER changes regardless of the type of service or the stylist. This visit in particular was important since my son wanted a perm to tame his coarse and super straight hair. Kat was attentive and made sure my son had a wonderful experience. The outcome was short of amazing, my son was beyond grateful!! Highly recommend Kat and the staff!Service: Perms
