Cannot imagine going anywhere else. If the body keeps score, Sahira V. is a goalie. I have chronic pain that stems from tense fascia tissue. She is the first and only massage therapist who has been capable of delivering a quality Deep tissue massage. I am more than sure she is capable of giving an amazing light to medium pressure, but deep tissue with her is something else. Not only is she strong enough to maintain pressure, shes so knowledgeable of how tissue connects and how to move the body to properly thread out knots and tension. And the buccal massage? I never knew that I could feel such relief in my jaw.

Deep tissue massage is the best here. Sahira has strong hands and knows exactly how to dig into tight muscles. Left feeling loose, relaxed, and will be coming back. Highly recommend.
