Rude and Racist they ask for my citizenship ,proof of my housing!just because my name provide everything they ask they look for the smallest thing possible to said to my loan I have the credit and income don’t use this guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very very rude customer service. I spoke to a rep names Lakita. I tried asking questions about my account and she just would not answer me. She just kept cutting me off and repeating herself like I was dumb. I then asked to speak with a manager. She proceeded to place me on hold the came back on the phone several times just to keep placing me back on hold. When I finally got transferred the phone just rang and rang. This was not the first rep that was rude either. Bad bad customer service

If they don't have the BBB behind them, they, you should never expect anything from them. Always do your research. Before jumping in. Because you have to watch your back. Because you can't let them do it for you.,
