My first time filing my taxes with Rapid Tax and I went to the Fredericksburg location with a nice lady named Celia Chapa. She was very informative and helpful with my whole tax situation. I got approved for the advance which was a plus. I was very satisfied with her customer service skills and she is also quick since she has tax experience.
