Rackspace Technology is a racket. You can't cancel their services, customer service is from India and not helpful. After you try to cancel services via their on line portal, they conveniently fail to acknowledge the cancellation, they will continue to bill you for months afterwards and then send the fraudulent invoices to collection companies. I paid it just to make it stop. STAY AWAY FROM RACKSPACE TECHNOLOGY. Brian H.
Even though my contract expired in 2022, and I was on a month to month service, after canceling Rackspace wants 3 more months of payments for absolutely NOTHING. STAY AWAY. They are absolutely incompetent, and you CAN'T GET RID OF THEM. Horrible service. Non existent support staff that reads from a script in impossible to understand "English". Unable to deviate from their script to actually solve any problems. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD. This company does not deserve to stay in business. I have spent hours fighting them, making phone calls, opening tickets, writing emails all to just CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. F- service, F- company. STAY AWAY
They have horrible technical support and the account manager never returned phone calls or emails. They also are way overpriced for what they offer. They also hit you with a 90 day term to cancel with them and they constantly try to lock you into long term contract. I would NEVER use them again and recommend you do your research before using them as well.
