My son passed away while in San Antonio. This was a devastating time in our life. From the minute I called to make arrangements to the moment I picked up my son’s remains, Puente & Son’s was professional and thoughtful. Javi in particular answered any question or concerns I might have had. Sometimes multiple times a day. Losing a child is not a natural order of process and unimaginably life altering. I have acquired the services from Puentes and Sons for two of my family members cremations. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff there. They go above and beyond to assure your family members are well taken care of and show a lot of respect. They even offered to drop off my mother’s ashes off to me at my home.
