Pro Defense has been doing a great job for our house for 5 years. They send communication via email and text reminding us of our appointment, letting us know if the tech is running behind, etc. I heard "something" in the attic a couple of years ago, they sent someone to check it out (nothing - probably an animal on the roof) cost us nothing, they've come out when we had bees, cost us nothing. If we have any sign of pests (inside or out) in-between applications they take care of it. I am extremely pleased with Pro Defense and recommend them highly.
