Great atmosphere, not crowded like commercial gyms. 24/7 access at an affordable price. Regardless of the goal, everyone supports each other.
I love this gym so much that I train all of my clients here.
This gym has been like a second to our family. The staff is friendly and kind. My trainer Michael has helped my family overcome injuries, gain muscle and strength, build discipline and has helped us built a healthier lifestyle!
I LOVE this gym! I’ve been coming here for well over a year now, and this is absolutely the best gym in San Antonio. It’s small, and doesn’t have every piece of equipment known to man, but this gym allows me to get in a great workout every single time! The trainers are amazing, especially Karina <3 , the energy is welcoming and friendly, and all the machines and equipment work well! And it’s affordable! I’ve tried other gyms but I keep coming back to this one! Highly recommend! Thank you for existing Powerdise <3
