Sam made everything so easy (as easy as it could be) for us. Listened to our wishes and needs, went with the flow as we changed our minds. Service was beautiful. The available pastor was great. She listen to our input and gave a heartfelt service. My sister, who is a pastor, said this Porter Loring North staff was very kind and helpful and one of the best she has worked with. My dad passed unexpectedly, but he was prepared so as to make it as easy as he could on me when God called him home. I found him on 5/19/2025, I called Porter Loring after the police “released” the scene/his body, and they came and picked him up from his house a few hours later. We scheduled an appointment to go over everything later that week. I was very much “non-present” due to the shock of it all and finding him when I went to check on him after his phone went unanswered. They did a perfect job on my father's services. Everything was better than expected and they went above and beyond for us, even helping us troubleshoot issues that came up. It was a perfect send off for my father and very memorable.
