TLDR; I don't expect stellar service from a dry cleaner, and I guess they have the leather market cornered so they can take some liberties, but I was just amazed at how poorly this place is run.I came a long way as they clean leather (and they did just fine on the items I got done which is the only reason they get more than a star or two). When I brought my stuff in they said my leather jacket would be $42, my wool coat was $18, and my other wool coat with leather trim would 'likely be somewhere in between' - which I okayed. Just had my daughters brides made dress steamed here at Pope Cleaners. Spoke with a very nice person who advised to drop it off and would be ready in 2 days which was perfect timing because she needed it in 3. Dropped it off, picked it up when promised and WOW did they do a fantastic job! Every wrinkle was out and every crease looked perfect. I definitely recommend this cleaners for steaming up your nice dresses! I Haven't used any of their other services yet but I will be soon! Just going by their steam job, they are great! 5 stars all the way! So glad they were there when we needed them!
Awesome place to take your dry cleaning and the service is excellent. I love the atmosphere. I'll be honest due to there dedication to service I tried to be a delivery driver for them when they were hurting for employees, but I have continued to use there service.
