Great experience by Henry and the crew at PlumbIt Plumbing Services! First, it was nice to speak to a plumber right out the gate. Second, I valued Henry's honest assessment about my plans for a tankless water heater conversion. Third, he didn't charge me for a quote. Fourth, he didn't nickel and dime me. Fifth, he did not pressure me. He and the team were easy going and a pleasure to work with. Sixth, he squared us away same day. Definitely recommend!
Brandon and his assistant (Jersey-sp?) were simply phenomenal. They were very personable, courteous, professional and showed up right on time! They quickly troubleshot our issue and then were thorough in explaining our water softener options to us since our old water softer’s brine started spilling resin throughout our house’s water system. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our experience with Plumbit Plumbing Services and most definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
