I have been going to Otomi for nearly 15 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Even if it means waiting a bit for an appointment that will accommodate all the time I’ll need for all the crazy color requests I make! Anytime I have strayed, I’ve always regretted it, lol! Gloria just gets me and my hair and always delivers just what I’m wanting done! She has been there for all my hair evolutions and really listens and understands what I’m asking for. They all keep up their education and are up to speed on all the latest hair trends! She is super honest and will be upfront if something I want isn’t going to work for me or will let me know if it’ll take a few appointments to process my hair in a healthier way to achieve the desired results. The products they use for color and styling are top notch and they don’t skimp even when washing your hair. They really prioritize the health of your hair. I even went on a total break from color for over a year, at their suggestion, to fully heal from some drastic color processing that had left my hair dry (platinum blonde). They are really professional but also super easygoing and we always have wonderful conversations and even a really good laugh here and there. Can’t say enough good things. Gloria will always be the one I go to for my hair and I always recommend this salon to all of my friends! Love you, Otomi!
