On Point Premiere did an excellent job. We had a difficult time with Allstate in reviewing our claim and low balling the replacement cost. David Gonzales dealt with Alstate's constant lagging and little to no response to us. David stayed with us advising and helping us navigate this 10 month process. He stayed in touch with us with updates and gave us insight to the timeline of the insurance company's ridiculousness. He gave us hope and explanations during this time.

There are all sorts of companies wanting to replace your roof after a hail storm. They suddenly appear out of nowhere. Most are just opportunists trying to make a quick buck. OnPoint Premier Roofing is different. They are professional, not pushy, friendly, and just make a difficult situation smooth and hassle free. They come out to assist the insurance adjuster with your roof evaluation. They work directly with your insurer to process your claim. And after the job is completed they follow up with you and the insurer to finish the paperwork properly. I know of at least two insurance companies who welcome working with OnPoint. I’m so incredibly pleased with the entire experience with OnPoint. From start to finish, Jacob made what can be an overwhelming and confusing process, simple and stress free. He walked me through each step, presented the options, and gave great advice. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I had many, many questions and he answered each and every one with transparency and patience :) If you need your roof replaced, I highly recommend OnPoint.
