My Shellac pedicure wasnt what i expected after seeing it i asked my nail tech to fix it & she didnt think anything was wrong but the filing was not even on some toes and the polish wasnt even on some toe nails & you can see close up how inexperienced those techs were and how they get upset & not willing to fix it unless they charge more for there mistakes how wrong is that!!! Even the male & female managers refused unless i pay to correct there mistakes the nail tech started to fix one toenail but started complaining in Chinese to other techs & male manager there so that really made my experience Very Uncomfortable to continue asking for there help so i paid and left! i also have a picture of my toes for proof!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL BUSINESS! I also took my 9YEAR OLD Granddaughter to get her manicure & pedicure & that nail tech was wrose & had a very bad attitude in anything i asked she even walked away without me & started when i was still picking out my color with another tech and my Granddaughter is only 9years old i didnt like that cause it was busy at the time we went then before i was done she got up and took my 9year old Granddaughter to go sit where they do nails without me i stop my Granddaughter & my tech said she was taking her to do her nails i said she should of told me shes young to just take her without permission THERES NO COMMUNICATION WITH THESE TECHS THEY TALK IN CHINESE TO EACHOTHER WHEN YOU SAY SOMETHING MAKING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

Jenny is amazing!! She was very thorough and my nails look so good!! Very good pedicure as well!! I’ve been coming here for a little over 3 years and i haven’t been disappointed yet! Love love love them 🩷
