I arrive 15 minutes before my appt
and wait 45 minutes before being called back - with only 4 other patients in the waiting area, 2 of whom arrived after me.
Also, when handing back forms at check in they inform you that you need to pay whatever hundreds of dollars - not at the time of making the appointment!!!! Shell shock to most people.

Like anywhere else, there's always a wait. The front office staff was friendly and professional and the line moved fast. I was there for several tests. A big shout out to the two ladies that assisted me, they're Rad Techs, I believe, Sylvia and Santa! Their compassion, professionalism and patience was commendable! MRIs are tough! Both of these ladies made this experience comfortable. Thank you!!

Thank you to Kristen for helping me get my son in for his walk in xray on Saturday! She even made me a CD to bring to his appointment in case the results weren’t at his doctors on monday!
