I been going there for years but this time the guy doing my pedicure was in a hurry , normally it takes about 45min but today it was 20min . He didn't even take the time to offer me something to drink.

Very classy and professional. Kim was a sweetheart!! She took me right away & took her time. She was very careful with my abused nails. Lol I had literally ripped off old acrylic nails when husband surprised me with a trip to Nails Palace. She helped choose a better treat. Will definitely return and recommend. ☺️ ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went today after had rushed services in the past. Wanted to try and give them another chance. Yet again they're rush rush rush they put acetone on your hands after the paraffin instead of letting you wash your hands. They just use the acetone leaving lots of cotton on your nails and then when you put the polish on the polish comes off the very next day because it's oily. Soap and water please. I just left there and I have pieces of cotton underneath my nail polish. Paid $18 for manicure plus additional for paraffin wax and didn't even get a three or five minute massage it was more like one stroke and she was done. I even asked her are you gonna do a massage and she's like I did. Wow? She also left me sitting in the paraffin wax for a super long time while she was helping another customer. It seems like if you don't get shellac or fake nails you don't get good service. They are so concerned with your polish coming off in a few days and push for dip shellac or fake nails on customer. I work in a hospital I can't have artificial nails. I just want to get a good manicure somewhere with a good massage. Nail lady was Kim super nice but not a good service.
