Very classy and professional. Kim was a sweetheart!! She took me right away & took her time. She was very careful with my abused nails. Lol I had literally ripped off old acrylic nails when husband surprised me with a trip to Nails Palace. She helped choose a better treat. Will definitely return and recommend. ☺️ ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The salon is very popular and has a lot of regulars so I would strongly encourage customers to make an appointment - they are very accommodating and have always worked with my schedule. I haven't found anyone else in San Antonio who does as good of a job as Ronnie - she is meticulous and my manicures always look perfect. Doug also does a great job. Also, it seems like Nails Palace has a better/wider selection of nail polish and gel colors than other nail salons in the area.
We called at around 7:05 to see if they are still accepting people in for nails and this lady was kind enough to stay after hours with us to finish. The people here are very kind and understanding. They are skilled in what they do. i highly recommend this place. We had a good experience at this little place.
