I was really impressed with a great customer service that this plumbing supply house has along with How clean and organized this store is. I dealt with Todd twice before and each time He has been so patient and has helped me Get the items needed for the jobs at hand. As a small business owner, I really appreciate the customer service of the patience and the professionalism Todd has displayed not to mention his knowledge the knowledge he has, and how honest he is, has me blown away. I can't say enough about the customer service at this place. Moore's was the 5th supply store I walked into that day for help. I needed a replacement faucet spout for my coffee trailer asap. Every other place took one look at the imported part I needed to replace and sent me somewhere else. The guys at Moore actually took a close look at the part and compared it to spouts they had in stock and found a comparable size. It worked!!! Thank you for helping this girl out. I appreciate it so much.
Awesome they helped so much thank never got the name of the person or I forgot sorry about that but friendly can't keep saying it but so helpful thanks guy there's not a lot of supplies but not there fault tons of people were effected by the storm so understandable great job guys will be back to this location for future projects
