Found out I needed a root canal and discovered Monarch Dental. The process was very quick, pain free and a pleasant experience! They're very quick with scheduling and flexible with times. They're usually closed on Saturdays, but the staff personally came in for me and a few others root canals and if that wasn't enough, the customer service can't be beat! Their endodontist, Dr. Alvares was so patient, kind and gentle for my entire procedure. Jerry was also very friendly and great with helping me find financial options. If you have any teeth issues, especially a root canal, I wouldn't recommend any other place more than Monarch!
I love my dental office. I’ve called an hour before closing for a dental emergency and they fit me in unexpectedly. The dentist I see Dr Ervin, is amazing and courteous! He actually listens to your needs, concerns and stresses. I continue to recommend this office to family and friends. Thank you all!!
The staff is incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. We drive 25 miles one way to see Dr. Irvin because of his professionalism and his demeanor. We recently had another dentist quote some work for us and it was $1000 more than the work at Monarch Stone Oak. Dr. Irvin is honest! Staying with Monarch and staff at Stone Oak! Thanks for making dental visits pleasant.
