Parents trust that their child is going to get the treatment and services they need and deserve.I thoroughly enjoyed working as a clinician at Mindworks. The support and leadership is consistent and outstanding. Unlike any other job that I have had, leadership and clinicians work together to cultivate an awesome work environment.
When you first enter the front desk staff is your first impression and they lack that warmth right when you enter the office. Why are they hiding behind the desk and have to ring a bell to get acknowledgment?? This must change. If you are entering a center for counseling and therapy it should have a warm feel as soon as you enter. It’s as if they don’t want to be bothered. I sit and watch how this is something almost all clients walking in seem upset about.
Desiree is a colleague that I’ve had the honor to work with. During these years, I was able to witness firsthand her passion for working with her clients, her genuine care for each of them, and her exceptional work ethic. Thank you for all your hard work!
