Our flooring company was subcontracted by Milcon Construction LLC. to remove old carpet in the Lloyd D. George Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas, NV and install new glued down carpet tiles on the fourth and fifth floors. We supplied all material and labor to complete the project, and Milcon refused to pay us and stopped answering our calls and emails. We contacted the courthouse and they said they could not get anything from Milcon either, and that we should contact the labor board and the bond company of Milcon. It is now over two months later and we have not received any form of payment and are still owed over $51,000.00. This company should loose their government contracts...read full review
