I’ve been getting my hair done with Evelyn for years and she always does a phenomenal job!! I always get compliments on my hair. People want to know where I had it done. She takes great care of my hair, gives me tips on how to care for it. She works with your budget and always wants to make her customers happy. Im sorry you feel this way Milana. The 1st appt I apologized and advised you that I was going through a change with my booking site but , I was still able to see you in time in the 1st occasion as you had confirmed in your comment. The second appt that you came to I just merely asked if you were schd today. I told you I would be right with you in 10 to 15 min. You got upset and made the staff , client and myself feel uncomfortable with your tone and attitude. I’ve been going here for a year and I use all of their services. I get my mani/pedi, teeth whitening, massage, lip blush, and haircut all at one place. I love the family type atmosphere where people know me by name and have a caring attitude.
