Aviv has been an amazing lead technician from day 1. He is not only professional and courteous, he came in for a routine air duct cleaning, and gave us step by step instruction of what he was doing, as well as, offered suggestions throughout the process. He did all this without making us feel pressured into servicing more. In the end, with all Aviv’s professional recommendations, we decided to upgrade our household return system and have the air ducts deep cleaned.
