It was the first time I have had anyone other than myself touch my hair, so I was a little nervous, but my wedding is coming up and I wanted a professional's opinion. Zoie was phenomenal. She let me know that my hair is really thick, so she didn't think I would need extensions, but still gave me the pricing so I could consider my options. During the haircut she was very attentive and made sure not to trim too much off. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. “After more than a year of coming to Jeannine religiously, I figured it was time to leave a review. First off, I am the pickiest person when it comes to hair color. I've admittedly gone to many stylists that didn't make me 100% happy, and it was difficult to find one that did an absolutely amazing job. That's frustrating when you're paying a lot for a service.

I found Jeannine, came to her adorable and comfy and fun salon, and felt immediately at home there... it's like a cozy group of friends every time I'm there. It's an awesome vibe. Very friendly, positive, and inclusive.

Every one of her assistants has been great and I always get the best service and an outstanding blow-out. And I never ever have to explain what I want-- Jeannine just KNOWS what to do. She always nails it. Always. I've never once had a complaint or an issue or not been 100% happy with my color. She's absolutely an amazing, brilliant hairstylist/ colorist/ etc. I'm a blonde (with grays) and blondes can be difficult to get right but she always does. You get what you pay for when it comes to hair color- she's not the cheapest. But she's worth it. I have complete trust in her. That's been hard to find, for me at least, here in San Antonio. I wanted to wait to write a review until I had been to her pretty consistently so I could be confident in my review. Also the products they use are top-notch Oribe products that smell amazing! You can't go wrong with any of the stylists at this salon.“
