Mai Vu did work for the Restaurant I GM for in Downtown San Antonio. Their team was AMAZING!!! Super responsive, quick estimates with a variety of options for warranties, fast scheduling, and great service with installation. Dominick & Chris were great & communicative with what they needed to do and when the work was completed. Definitely recommend them!!!! They also do some other things so I received some great quotes for other work I needed done.
Bent over backwards to address our water heater installation amidst a flurry of request modifications. We decided on a tankless outdoor water heater replacing an indoor conventional water heater. Following the installation, disappointments included adjusting to a significant delay in getting hot water and more importantly a diminish in water pressure. Knowing what I know now, I feel we made a bad choice.
Jerry was courteous, friendly, called with updates on arrival. Took time to carry old stove top to our garage. We appreciate his great work. Mrs. Hubbs
