I had my hair done by Rosy 2 times going blonde it was ok not the best color or lines, but thought it would get better. Rosy cancel on me 2 times the first time a night before apt the second time she canceled right before I left for appointment and 3rd time I waited for her for 40 minutes I got tired of waiting and left.Services: Hair coloring

I had a decent experience here. I removed one star because I used Google to book a 4pm appointment and rushed to get there on time, only to have to wait until well after 5 because when I told them I had an appointment, they had no idea what I was talking about. Also, there were 2 ladies there, maybe mid 20's, in and out of the back, who had two kids there, running around, while they did their own hair and I found it a bit chaotic and distracting. When I arrived, there were two ladies cutting two mens' hair and they didn't acknowledge me at all.
