This was our first experience with Kontota. It was wonderful. Lennox was assigned to assist us and she was prompt, kind, and patient. Our Yorkie is temperamental and she worked with her. The result was a great bath and full haircut. More importantly, our Yorkie was happy. I highly recommend Lennox at Kontota.

First time using Kontona and very pleased. Emma and another young lady (cannot remember her name, sorry) did a fantastic job on my long haired Dachshund who was in serious need of a grooming and summer cut. Booking an appointment online was super easy. The communication was fantastic. They arrived on time, handled my dog very well and texted me a picture when they completed the bath portion. So nice to have them right outside grooming my dog, instead of driving and doing a drop off somewhere where they would have to stay for hours. My dog looks great and I am one happy pet parent. Definitely recommend and will use again.
