We live in an area with very hard water and we purchased the softener, dechlorination and the under counter Reverse Osmosis filter From Kinetico San Antonio. I am so glad not to be hauling water from the store or worrying about forever plastics from drinking from water bottles. The DeChlorinator has been great. We bypassed it for a couple days and the water from the tap smelled stronger than swimming pool water it had so much chlorine. Having the dechlorinator makes a huge difference. The RO filter allows you to also add a volatile organic compounds filter and a bacterial filter. I like the peace of mind from having those. Yes. I would recommend Kinetico water systems. The sytems are dependable and reliable. My system was installed in my home in 2002. i haven't had any major issues with my systems. The system works very well. Each time I've made a service call the technicians have arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. Today technician, Andrea came to my house to address a water leak. Andrea was very professional. She diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part very quickly. She took the time to teach me a few things about the system including how to check and change the filters. I would recommend Kinetico.
