About Kathy Marfin's Dance School
Kathy Marfin's Dance School is an awesome dance studio where children find a great teacher, meet great kids, and share a love for dance. It is a place for students to blossom, become strong and athletic, and grow in confidence through their experiences. The school offers classes in tap, ballet, jazz, tumbling, hip hop, and music theater, applying energy to flexibility and strength training. Children are always in the hands of professionals and trainers who fill classes with good music and moves. The studio prepares students for a successful performance at the end of the year in a grand finale recital. These recitals are amazing, beautiful, and well put together, featuring a special ballet every other year. Students are recognized for special years of hard work and dedication, and families receive a program and T-shirt included in the recital fee. My daughter just finished her 5th year with KMDS and her first year on the company team (LEDC) She started at 3 years old and has grown so much through her experiences here…she has made some amazing friends that all share the same love of Dance…so far She has done tap/ballet/jazz/tumbling/hip hop and she is excited to add music theater to her dance resume this year We look forward to many more years and new friendships here as long as her love for dance continues We also love the recitals…every year we have received a program and T-shirt (included in your recital fee)…they recognize their students for special years of hard work…They also have a special Ballet every other year as part of the recital that has always amazed our family & friends with how beautiful and well put together they are
I grew up going to Kathy Marfin's and loved my time there, so of course I had to bring my daughter here for class right when she turned 2! She has been going there for 3 years now and we love the teachers and I always feel like she is safe when I drop her off. Even at such a young age the teachers focus on proper technique, giving the little ones such a solid base for dancing.
Our daughter has been KMDS for 8yrs and has loved everything about it!!! The teachers and staff have been great!!!
