I’ve been coming here since march since I found out I was pregnant. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences until today.
When I walked in there was a long line for the receptionist, which I thought oh they might be short staffed. As we were moving up in the line I couldn’t help but overhear how rude the receptionist was. As people were saying what they were there for she would rudely interrupt them saying “what is your name”. When it was my turn to speak to her I told her my name and what I was there for. I always had a positive experience with Dr. Muldrow and the nurses, and I had a positive birth experience with Dr. Zamora, so I am sad to say I have decided to switch providers based on the inefficiency of the front office.

While I always expected to be seen at least 45 minutes after my appointment time, I could no longer justify taking 3 hours off of work for my appointments. This office was always running so behind and appointments always felt rushed. My final decision came from my last appointment, where I called ahead to inform them I might be a few minutes late due to traffic and they told me I had to make it within the grace period to be seen.... read full review

I had a surgical consultation this morning with Dr Muldrow which went exceptionally well. i was diagnosed with endometriosis and pcos back in 2023, but my OBGYN at the time refused to preform a hysterectomy due to my age. I had tried every medication he prescribed for me and they all made me horrifically sick and were not actually treating my endo or my pain. after doing some research, i came across Dr Muldrow and Innovative Women’s and decided to give her a try and see what she said.
