I went through a move while pregnant and had to switch insurance. Once they approved me they got me in ASAP. Dr. Zamora was very thorough as well as the ultrasound tech. Everyone was kind and they made my husband and I feel like me and the baby were going to be in good hands.
I am currently pregnant with my first baby and have been going to Innovative Women’s for all of my check ups and ultrasounds. For my very first ultrasound at 8 weeks, I arrived and was told that their one ultrasound tech called in sick. I rescheduled the appointment and only stayed with Innovative Women’s because Dr. Muldrow is fantastic. She answers all of my questions and makes me feel heard. I had my 20 week ultrasound appointment scheduled and they once again rescheduled me because their ultrasound technician wasn’t available. Dr.Zamora was so so welcoming and answered all the questions I had with ease and in depth. She was very thorough with explanations and made my first Pap smear go by smoothly. I can’t say the same for the other staff. The assistant that screened me before my appointment was rude, didn’t smile or say hello after I said hi, and didn’t give me any instructions whatsoever as to how to prepare/put on the gown for the Pap smear before she left the room. She even laughed when she walked back in and I had the gown on backwards.
