Need it fix that day and got it fix that day. Even though they did it have the right screen they went to get it and give me my phone back same day. Will go back if I need anything else.
We started off ok, it took him a little longer to get the part than other guys had quoted but that's not a big deal. But getting my phone back is turning into a problem. I dropped the phone off when the part came in and he said he'd never worked on my model before but he should have it ready by the next day. I had chemotherapy and so I waited all the next day to hear from him... Nothing. The following day I repeatedly called both phone numbers (both mail boxes are full so you can't leave a message, which I find to be disrespectful) I emailed him, I texted him. Nothing. He says he's open till 8 but he seems to come and go whenever he chooses. I drove over there twice on the next day, Saturday, as well as calling and texting and emailing all day. Nothing. No answers and no call backs. I told him I was a cancer patient and all of my medical data was on my phone, so I needed it back asap. I was too sick to go pick it up Thursday due to chemo, but Friday and Saturday I was all over his contacts and his \\\"shop\\\" (it's a wagon or something in Ingram mall) I was very happy initially , and I have more work for him. I noticed he's already paid himself with my credit card, so now he has little motivation to make me happy I suppose. I hope I don't have to get ugly, but I really need my phone back. He claims to be a veteran, so am I. I expected better service, from a brother.
