From the very warm at home welcome I received from Miss Delaine to the wonderful bedside manner of Dr. Heying everything was just so pleasant. Delaine worked very hard to get me through my consult in a timely manner. She explained everything to me and was very helpful in getting my payment processed for my new braces. Dr. Heying was very clear about my treatment and I never felt pushed or rushed into the decision. Being able to get my braces in the same day was AMAZING for me. Dr. Heying is absolutely amazing!I was on the hunt for an orthodontists that would help me get my teeth straight again. My usual dentists (who's also an orthodontists) kept pushing my consultation appointment for two years until I got fed up with his lack of help, and decided to look somewhere else. A friend of mine who's also a dentists recommended Heying Orthodontics. She mentioned that at dental school over half of the students would go to him because he was the best. Making the appointment was super easy and I was able to see the Dr. Heyings in just a few days after calling (not 2 years like my other dentist). My experience at Heying Orthodontics was spectacular!Dr. Heying provides excellent care and really understood what I wanted.The staff is kind, caring, and passionate about delivering the best care possible.The office is well kept, the wait times are extremely short, and they are extremely accommodating.
