I called Hernandez Iron Works, and owner Lupe got right back to me, which was nice. I had tried to call Oscar Iron Works twice and left voicemails but never got a call back.
I arranged a meet time with Lupe; I do recommend that you text and/or call him with reminders, like I did. We managed to meet up, and he measured all my windows and doors for burglar bars, and he was able to give me a quote same day. Which was a much better price than American Safety Screens by far.
I met a second time with Lupe to go over the contract, set the date for installation, and I put half down deposit.

Lupe came out gave an estimate which we gladly accepted cause it was lower than other bids we had gotten. He came back next day and completed the work. We are definitely going to use him again and hope that others read this review. Everything was done in a timely manner. Workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company.
