The lady that answers the phone is absolutely rude and said no before I was even done speaking. I find it hard that y’all don’t take one of the top insurance providers , United Healthcare but regardless, she was so unnecessarily rude! Glad we won’t be coming here! Why even work there if you hate your job? Never understood that!

Hello. I selected this doctor office because it's 2 miles from my home. However I just received a notification that this office no longer takes my insurance. From my very first visit I was not impressed with the customer service quality the staff provided. To be honest, I've never seen such laziness in all the different doctor offices that I have visited. I'm glad I no longer will be a patient here.

After checking-in for a post-lab follow-up "appointment" with the NP, I waited in front till 30-minutes past my "appointment" time, till I was taken to an exam room and my vital signs were taken. Another 30-minutes later, having not received any explanation or seen the NP, I interrupted the staff at the front desk (who were busy comparing photos on their phones) to let them know I was leaving. They looked confused. There was no attempt to follow-up with me, so I guess the labs were all normal. Apparently the NIDDM, COPD, Hyperlipidemia, Coronary Artery Disease and Osteoarthritis have been cured!
