I have spoken to 2 techs here, over 4 months and 4 phonecards. I think 1, is a manager OR the owner. They both gave me time. How nice. There at 4 stars now, but I will or could be giving a 5.I'm gonna have them build build my pc. Gaming/student/nerd. Always built my own, but I'm now realizing I'm old, and just don't know anymore. They really helped me pick parts, before I dropped a newegg, budget high end build on them. It was so nice, to get there time. Hope this helps others in SE san antonio.
