Thrilled that I finally found a salon that does a fabulous, I dare say, perfect job on my nails and they did not even grind my natural nails with a drill to sand the surface down before applying the gel polish. All of the other salons i have frequented in the past over-drilled whenever I had gel or dipping--causing nails to become thin and weak for months on end--even though i requested they skip the drilling or do the absolute minimal amount of drilling but they always did the opposite of what I asked. Not H D Nails , though. I enjoyed my pedicure. The technician was clearly very experienced and fast. She was helpful in advising on my options. They went above and beyond when they not only squeezed me in at the very end of the day but also stayed late when I added a manicure to my pedicure at the very last minute. .
I’ve been going to Ngan here for about 4 years. She is the only nail technician I know that rounds my nails like I like, as well as none of my nails ever fall off, break or split (and I’m a grandma!). Her manicures & pedicures are so wonderful. Also, Emily does great lashes!
