I’ve thought about cutting my hair for months and I thought today is the day. Was greeted by a lady named Vanessa. She was super nice and very down to earth. I’m a stickler for those kind of people. I told her I wanted a blunt cut BOB. It might be the most PERFECT bob I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve already gotten sooooooo many compliments on it!!! One person even said “It looks like someone took their time to cut every piece strand by strand.” Nope. I was in and out of her chair. She’s just that darn good at her craft! Thank you Vanessa…for the BEST haircut I’ve ever had!!! You ROCK
I’ve been paying close attention about how accurate are the window times estimated by GC booking system to customers. Overall, I experienced around 20 min over the time estimate for my appointment. This location, in particular, be very careful when you park your car, the obnoxious customers from the liquor store next door some are DUI drivers.
One of the ladies that attend one of my kids was very rude since the beginning. She was not giving any ideas or help for my son. Her answer was “if you don’t know, I don’t know” when I approached to pay she didn’t stay with me at the register and left to her space. She needs to know a little more about customer service. In the contrary the other lady (older than the first) was very nice and helpful to my other son.
