With school starting it was haircut time for my youngest who has a really difficult time with haircuts. At the recommendation of a friend we came into Great Clips to see Brooke. She was amazing! She was patient and understanding. She met my child where he was at and allowed him to get comfortable with her and reassured him when needed.
The other lady in the shop was also great, she was kind and patient with all the customers.

Went into Great clips today , was able to sign in online on the app. They were ready to help me whe I got there. They already had notes from the previous visit!
