I had a GREAT experience! Getting in line online, on their website was so easy! There was about 22 people in front of me in line and the website shows you where you are in line.
I started driving to the shop when I was second in line and waited less than 10mins to be seen.
I went in for a full trim to remove my dead ends, and the stylist (who mentioned it was her first day) was incredibly kind and helpful! She understood exactly what I wanted — to cut off all the damaged hair while keeping some length and adding a bit of volume— and even made some fantastic suggestions. My hair turned out amazing!

I have been getting my hair cut from a stylist named Norma Jean, she is amazing and I always wait for her. She helped change my style a few years back and have loved it ever since, luv me some Great Clips....and thanks for the coupons, they are always appreciated.

It’s OK it’s clean. I never find myself in a long wait when I do go there, however, I think for the basic haircut it’s a bit overpriced. I can get this done for $12 at another place with a little bit more of a wait. I can’t complain about the haircuts. I’m satisfied each time. I don’t get anything special but it’s just paying a little more for convenience in my opinion
