The woman working the customer service desk was extremely patient and went very far to assist me in finding a solution to my problem. I didn't end up purchasing a product at the time, but i really feel this review is needed because the service was amazing.

Just got off the phone with a rep named Samatha. She was the sweetest and most helpful call center CSR I’ve spoken with in ages. She was quick to look up inventory at a particular S.A. area store and then had set aside what I needed and let me know I could pick it up as much as 2 weeks later. I also wasn’t required to pay in advance to ensure that my items wouldn’t be sold out from under me before I made the 45 minute drive to the store. And Grainger’s prices for the window glaze bead is 4x cheaper than any other place online or in the surrounding area. Grainger has earned a lifelong customer.
