Gonzaba Urgent Care - Northwest Medical Center

Was referred to this location for physical therapy by my GMG PCP due to MRI results. Front office staff were very friendly and professional each visit. My health history was discussed with a physician & a treatment plan was created. Each PT session consisted of stretching & movement. A heat modality was applied as well. A few times it was applied prior to the session but the majority of time, it was applied at the conclusion. Within 3 PT sessions, improvement was noticeable. At the completion of all sessions, it was if the issues I was treating for had never existed. Thank you GMG PT!!

My dad became lightheaded, dizzy, and short of breath in the parking lot after mom's therapy. Staff responded in kind. They rushed to ensure he was fine and took him into urgent care. Attended to him right away. Explained what care was needed where he easily understood them. I am so grateful for the staff at Gonzaba.
