GO Car wash allowed me to try out their wash tunnel and vaccum's before I signed up. We go there a couple of times a week and now we have other family members that have their vehicles signed up with their monthly wash deals. We were with another company for many years that washes and wipes down your vehicles for you, but that takes way too much time and I don't like feeling pressured to tip them especially since their cleaning services have never returned to their prior pandemic levels of cleanliness. GO Car Wash tunnel does a great job and if I feel like it needs another run, I just get back in line and wash it one more time before I head to the vaccum and get some towels to wipe it off!! The team is very helpful and very professional.
New car wash opened up; subscribed because it's close to my home and they had a great promo. At first, it was awesome. but now, it's just a pain. 1) You have to go into the office to get towels. Having to take personal belongings with you, since one never knows. Reason: People we're taking them. okay, so now punish everyone because by the time we get to the office in this heat, car is already dry and just using your towel to clean the water spots. First of all, of you put free towels, some people may not understand its free to 'borrow'. I don't know, just assuming. I always said to put the bins everywhere so that people can return without having to go to that one bin! Probably why maybe people were taking, again, assuming. They did put more bins out but still have to go in for the towels. A thought, who's to say the ones that go inside and take a towel don't leave with it?! LOL. (3) Towels smell. Not sure if they really wash them.
