Daniel L. came out to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for the initial inspection and explained everything along with all options/recommendations.

My water heater was leaking and my husband was out of town. Mike, the warranty supervisor was on call and although my warranty was expired, he went out of his way to help me stop the leak via FaceTime until a technician could come out to repair the leak. He did not have to, but he did, and this retired army veteran is extremely grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and expertise. Thank you so much.

This would have been a 0 but 3rd time is a charm. My water pressure in my entire house was very low. First day supposedly they adjusted it outside without coming in or contacting me to make sure the pressure was good and it was exactly the same. Second day a different guy comes again he says he doesn’t have to come in he was going to dig outside and adjust pressure from outside I asked him are you coming in to check once you do that he said no. I asked him to let me know before he left he didn’t he just took off and again still low pressure. Third time I call and my hats off to Antonia who I spoke with all three times in the warranty department she was very nice... read full review
